The Sales Operations Analyst is a position of high visibility and influence within the organization. This role is an important business partner to many functions within the organization, including sales, marketing, client services, product, finance and legal. Additionally, this role will provide the leadership team and other key constituents with analysis and decision support to drive towards optimal business outcomes. The Product Analyst has responsibility for the success of project implementations, including transition to customer support as well as overall internal and external client satisfaction. The Product Analyst is responsible for the software development life cycle (SDLC) including: client requirements gathering, design specifications, solution development and testing of client applications, client support, training, and systems integration.

The Associate Implementation Coordinator provides support to the members of the implementation team. This person ensures accurate and timely implementation of software and carrier data by utilizing strong data entry, communication and organizational skills.
The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in the configuration of Connecture products/tools. The Associate Business Systems Analyst may work closely with other members of the Connecture software development team to deliver high quality web-based solutions support for the health insurance industry.
