Our dynamic software company is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator who can help us maintain a productive work environment to assist our employees and customers. The role is a ‘jack of all trades’ position that will be highly variable day-to-day basis; no two days will be the same. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver seen as the ‘go to person’ to resolve miscellaneous administrative issues that arise. We seek someone with a high customer service orientation supporting both internal as well as external customers; someone who is an outwardly friendly and positive person who can build relationships with local as well as remote employees.
The position is responsible for the oversight and the coordination of day to day office tasks within Connecture for operations in Milwaukee, Los Angeles, Columbia, MD and Raleigh-Durham. Responsibilities shall include overall administration duties, executive support, travel and expense policy execution, and human resources/accounting tasks as necessary.
