  • Overview

    The Associate Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in the configuration of Connecture products/tools. The Associate Business Systems Analyst may work closely with other members of the Connecture software development team to deliver high quality web-based solutions support for the health insurance industry.


    NOTE: This position is not static and is subject to change as Connecture’s and the Department’s needs change.


    The essential responsibilities of the Associate Business Systems Analyst are described below.

    • Assist Business Systems Analyst in managing product and plan information for clients within Connecture’s platform.
    • Assist Business Systems Analyst in configuring client enrollment forms utilizing Connecture’s application configuration tool.
    • Assist Business Systems Analyst in configuring a user’s shopping experience utilizing Connecture’s Business Rules, Plan Advisor Configuration and product server.
    • Work with internal team or with other Business Functional Analysts to help clarify and document requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
    • Up to 3 years of recent business analyst work with software/web development experience
