  • Overview

    The Account Delivery Executive acts as the primary point of contact for Connecture’s United HealthGroup client account. The Account Delivery Executive achieves high client satisfaction and retention by decoding problems and providing effective solutions that support both the client and Connecture’s business goals. The Account Delivery Executive oversees all product delivery and uses presentation and negotiation skills to suggest appropriate plan recommendations and renew client contracts.


    • Provides support to the President/GM and SVP, Sales.
    • Leads client implementations to ensure accuracy and in-scope, on time completion.
    • Achieves high client satisfaction by establishing and maintaining client and other partner relationships.
    • Represents clients internally by coordinating with other functional areas within the company to implement, complete projects, and address service needs.
    • Decodes problems and issues and provides innovative and effective solutions that support both the client and the company's goals and objectives.
    • Executes basic administrative duties as defined by the Sales Lead, including detailed management of appropriate reporting / database systems, funnel management, customer information, territory planning, etc.
    • Assist with the administration, review, analysis, and negotiation of client contracts.
    • Conducts regular on-site or telephonic client meetings to proactively review performance.
    • Ensure compliance and quality of sales process components, are adhering to all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements and UHG policies and procedure.


    • High school diploma and BS/BA degree preferred
    • 3+ years of Senior Executive role experience
    • Frequent travel to Minneapolis MN with occasional travel to Hartford CT
