  • Overview

    As the Connecture Carrier Relations Coordinator, you will assist or perform operational aspects related to the set-up and support of all SaaS-based multi-carrier broker/aggregator solutions including but not limited to carrier relations, plan mapping, agent permissions, plan set management, and help desk support. 

    Responsibilities

    The essential responsibilities of the Carrier Relations Coordinator are described below.

     

    Multi-Carrier Platform Support

    • Manage relationships with current Connecture carrier contacts and reach out to potentially new carrier contacts as needed
    • Facilitate carrier relationships and own the tracking of all carrier data for large aggregator clients
    • Work with Lead Plan Sponsors to submit web sites to CMS
    • Coordinate with CSMs and facilitate relationships with carriers
    • Test web sites prior to and during UAT processes
    • Organize enrollment testing with carriers
    • EAN setup and updating
    • Agent Level Permissions setup and management
    • Take Agent/Aggregator Help Desk Support calls

    RxHealth

    • Assist the Manager PEO and Principal agent with carrier discussions and agency contracting
    • Track state licenses, carrier appointments, and agent certifications with carriers and state DOIs as appropriate
    • Assist RxHealth contracted call centers/agents to ensure compliance
    • Assist the Manager PEO in carrier audits as needed
    • Foster carrier relationships on behalf of RxHealth and FMOs/Agencies under contract

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Technical or other applicable discipline.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a carrier or broker setting.
