  • Overview

    The Lead Business Analyst primary responsibility is for configuring Connecture products/tools. The Lead Business Analyst works closely with other members of the Connecture software development team to deliver high quality web-based sales support solutions for the health insurance industry. Qualified candidates must possess strong problem solving and communication skills in addition to having a customer-focused mindset and an understanding of the importance of accountability, attention to detail, and team work.


    Key responsibilities/success factors in the role include:

    • Rock solid client communication skills
    • Able to work in very high stress/demanding client environment/multiple simultaneous requests
    • Supporting 24x7 UHG Production environment
    • Ability to lead client calls with client Director/VP level
    • Supporting CNXR Leadership in managing client relationship
    • Championing Engineering/Development teams 
    • Impeccable documentation /organizational skills
    • Standard BA activities: Requirements Analysis, debugging requests, etc
    • Deep healthcare experience
    • Working effectively with offshore teams


    • Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience
    • 6+ years of recent business analyst work with software/web development experience
    • 5 years actively working on Agile projects as a business analyst
    • 4+ years of experience working with Connecture products/tools
    • 1 year leadership responsibility
